INMAN PAVILION

 

The Inman Pavilion is managed by the Garden Village Community Association which is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation.

 

Over the last 60 years, the Inman Pavilion has hosted  a variety of activities such as discos, dances, parties, lunch clubs, wedding receptions, toddler groups, model car clubs, dog training, dance schools and  amateur dramatics to name

but a few.

 

It is hoped it will continue to provide a space for community use for many years to come.

 

The original building was named in 1954 for Councillor Oliver Inman in recognition of his 20 years service to the Stocksbridge and district community. It was replaced by the existing building

in 1965
